Annual Festival of Wreaths

The Festival of Wreaths is one of the most well-attended holiday events in Carroll County and serves as the official start of the holiday shopping season in downtown Westminster. Each year more than 200 theme wreaths are displayed through this weeklong silent auction and is the Arts Council’s most significant fundraising event. Visitors experience a wonderland of creativity and generosity as they vote for their favorites in this spectacular event.
