Become a Member of the Carroll County Arts Center Today
There are two methods to join:
Membership Benefits
- A personalized membership card for admission to CCAC events
- A subscription to “Marquee” our informative newsletter
- Invitations to special members-only events at the Carroll Arts Center

Membership Levels

|
INDIVIDUAL MEMBER ($25)
Basic benefits for one person.
|
|
|
|
STUDENT / SENIOR MEMBER ($20)
Basic benefits for one student under 18 or senior over 60.
|
|
|
|
COUPLE MEMBER ($35)
Basic benefits for two people in same household.
|
|
|
|
FAMILY MEMBER ($40)
Basic benefits for all adults and children living in same household.
|
|
|
|
PATRON MEMBER ($100 - $249)
Receive all basic benefits plus a welcome listing in “Marquee” and an annual movie pass.

|
SPONSOR MEMBER ($250 - $499)
Receive all of the above plus a listing in the annual report and an annual movie pass for 2 people.

|
BENEFACTOR MEMBER ($500 - $999)
Receive all of the above plus a 10% discount on fine art and Art Mart purchases.

|
|
ARTS ANGEL MEMBER ($1,000+)
Receive all of the above plus their names in lights on our building marquee and receive a keepsake photo of their moment in the spotlight.

Membership dues are tax-deductible to the extent provided by law. Members will receive a receipt for tax purposes. Memberships are valid for 12 months from date of payment.

All BUSINESS MEMBERS ($100 - $249) receive these basic benefits:
- Subscription to “Marquee” our informative newsletter
- Welcome listing in an issue of “Marquee”
- Listing in our Annual Report
- Invitations to “members-only” programs and events
- A personalized membership card for an employee family of your choice
- Member discounts for all employees on all CCAC programs including:
- DepARTures Bus Trips
- Art Classes & Workshops
- Summer Arts Camp
- Theatre, Concerts, Films
Business Membership Levels

MOVIE STAR MEMBER ($250 - $499): Receive all of the above plus an additional Membership Card and mailing for a second employee family. Sponsor a film on our big screen! Your company’s name and logo will appear on all publicity materials, a full screen ad before the movie and you will receive 10 complimentary tickets.

|
|
BROADWAY MEMBER ($500 - $999): Sponsor a live concert or theatrical performance! Your company’s name and logo will appear on all publicity materials and you will receive 10 complimentary tickets.

|
|
|
MASTERPIECE MEMBER ($1,000 - $2,499): Sponsor an 8-week art exhibit or major special event. Your company’s name and logo will appear on all publicity materials and gallery signage. You will also have the opportunity to introduce your business to our guests at the opening reception with a display booth, welcoming remarks or product give-away.

DIRECTOR’S CIRCLE ($2,500+): In addition to your choice of sponsorship opportunities, you will be entitled to free use of the Arts Center for a private event, up to 3 hours. A perfect venue for corporate meetings, entertaining clients, employee retreats or customer appreciation days. (Does not include catering costs.) |

Arts Alliance Membership
A special category of membership for
non-profit cultural organizations
ANNUAL DUES - $100 per organization
BENEFITS
- Personalized membership card and in-home mailings for up to 4 people from your organization. A great way to keep your board or executive committee informed!
- CCAC Member Discounts extended to all members of your group (they must identify themselves as an Arts Alliance Member at the box office when purchasing tickets or on their registration form for classes, camp, bus-trips, etc.)
- Free Mailbox at the Arts Center (An annual savings of $65 over Postal Service rates)
- Use of Carroll County Public Schools for your activities such as rehearsals and concerts (some charges apply for custodial services, heat/ac, etc. as determined by the Board of Education)
- Insurance coverage for your activities that take place within Carroll County Public Schools.
- Free “box office” services. We’ll sell tickets for your events and concerts at no charge. (A 5% bank service charge applies if you want us to accept credit cards on your behalf.)
- Free use of classrooms at the Arts Center for one meeting per month if it occurs during our regular business hours.
- Link to your organization on our website. Your major public event(s) listed on our weekly e-marquee.
- Opportunity to purchase inserts in our monthly newsletter that is mailed to 1,200 households.
- $10 discount on CCAC memberships. We’ll provide a coupon to each of your members which entitles them to take $10 off the membership level of their choice, at whatever time of the year they wish to join.
To join, send your check for $100, made payable to Carroll County Arts Council,
along with the names and addresses of the four people from your organization
who you want to receive membership cards and mailings.
