What is Art In The Park?

The Carroll County Arts Council has partnered with the City of Westminster for more than four decades to present this annual cultural festival. The event is rich in tradition and attracts a large audience. We encourage local restaurants, service organizations and other food purveyors to participate as a food vendor.

Vendor registration is open through May 1, 2024

The event is always the first Saturday of June. The date for this year is June 1, 2024.

The event takes place on the landscaped grounds of Westminster City Hall bordered by Locust, Longwell & Key Streets. Easy access to the park and artist spaces.

No refunds for any reason, including weather, will be granted.

Email Moriah Tyler with any questions.
