Discounts

These discounts are available only for events presented by the Carroll County Arts Council, not rental events.

Members Discount

Arts Council members, seniors and students receive a discount on tickets purchased for most shows and films presented by CCAC. These discounts are available for tickets purchased in person, by phone or online.  When purchasing on-line, please select the “CCAC Member” option to receive your discounted price.

Group Discounts

A 20% discount is extended to groups purchasing 20 or more tickets. Discounted group tickets must be arranged in advance at the Box Office or by phone and cannot be purchased on-line.

“Arts Step Up” Discounts for State Employees

Currently the CCAC is participating in “Arts Step Up,” a program coordinated by Maryland Citizens for the Arts. Any State Employee presenting their State I.D. at the box office will receive a “2 for 1” discount.  Please note this discount only applies to in-person sales for CCAC events.  It does not apply to on-line purchases, phone purchases or events presented by our renters.

Ticketing

Tickets to Carroll Arts Center events typically go on sale two months prior to the event date. Tickets will remain on sale until the start of the event unless they sell out. Internet sales stop 2 hours prior to the event start time, after this, tickets are only available at the box office.

Unless noted, all seating is general admission and the house generally opens 25 minutes before curtain time.  There are a variety of spaces to accommodate patrons in wheelchairs and their companions. Patrons requiring other reasonable accommodations should contact the Arts Center at least 2 weeks in advance. Please see the Accessibility Page for more information.

Pre-payment is required for all ticket reservations. NO unpaid reservations will be accepted for any event. All ticket purchases are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the Carroll County Arts Council.

Many, but not all, of our free events are offered on a first-come-first-serve basis, and do not require advanced tickets. There are no reservations accepted for these free events. Please be sure to check the individual event listing to see if a particular free event will require advanced tickets.

Tickets to all CCAC ticketed events, and some rental events can be purchased in advance on-line 24 hours a day with a credit card, or during business hours by calling the box office at 410-848-7272.  A modest convenience charge will be applied to all tickets purchased online or over the phone. There are no additional fees for tickets purchased in person at the box office. All on-line and phone sales are processed through Ticket Leap, an on-line ticketing service. Your credit card will be billed directly by Ticket Leap, and not the CCAC. Tickets purchased on-line or over the phone are available for pick-up at our box office 48 hours after purchase or at the time of the show. Any purchases made within 48 hours of the event start time will only be available for pickup at the will call desk/window immediately prior to the event.
