Birthday Parties

Private Birthday Parties at the Arts Center are a great way to celebrate your child’s next birthday or special occasion. We have a Movie Magic Party as well as a Crafty Kid Party sure to make both the birthday child as well as the guests have a great time! These special rates are available on Thursdays from 10 am – 8 pm or Saturdays from 10 am-1 pm or 1:30 pm – 4:30 pm. Party packages are designed for children 15 & under. Other times are available at our normal rental rates for private parties.

Movie Magic Party Includes

• Use of the theatre for 3-hours to show a movie of your choice, enjoy snacks and opening presents. Set-up and clean up must be completed within this time period.
• A technician to operate the projector and sound system and assist with set-up and clean up.
• A snack pack for each guest (popcorn, Capri Sun and candy)
• Personalized Birthday Message on the big screen
• Arts Center thank you cards
• Parents are responsible for bringing the video to be shown, additional food such as cake or pizza, party favors or decorations and adequate adult supervision. Parents are expected to set-up and clean up the theatre.

Cost: $250 for up to 15 children (Additional children $10 each)

Crafty Kid Party Includes

1. Use of art classroom for 2 hours. Set-up and clean-up must be completed within this time period
2. An instructor to guide children through a craft activity (treasure chest, piggy bank, lunchbox or jewelry box) and all supplies needed to complete the project.
3. 10 Arts Center cards to use as invitations or thank you notes.
4. Parents are responsible for bringing simple refreshments such as pizza or cake. Parents are expected to set-up and clean up the classroom.

Cost: $150 for up to 10 children (Additional children $15 each)
