Renting the Facility
The Carroll Arts Center’s various spaces are available for rent by individuals and organizations. Priority is given to arts events that are open to the public (i.e. dance, drama, music, literary & visual arts.)
Requests for use of the facility for any other non-arts purposes, public or private, including business seminars, parties, fundraisers, conferences, political or religious events, will require advance approval by the Arts Council’s Board of Directors.
Facility Rentals are divided into several categories with different rules and pricing apply to each, which can be found by clicking the appropriate category for your event.
Public Arts Events
Rentals for arts related events that are open to the public. Preference is given to these types of events because it is the Carroll County Arts Council mission to encourage and present as many artistic events to the public as possible. This includes both for profit and non profit arts events.
Public Non-Arts Events
Rentals for events that are open to the public but are not directly arts related. This includes both for-profit and not-for-profit use of the Arts Center for political, business, religious and advertising related public events.
Rentals for any events that are private, invitation only, or not open to the general public
