At the Carroll Arts Center

10:00am - 8:00pm daily     |   1:00 - 4:00pm on Sunday

An auction of uniquely decorated theme wreaths to benefit the Carroll County Arts Council.

 

The winners have been announced!

The Grand Prize of the 12th Annual Festival of Wreaths goes to Frank Baylor for his “Copper Roses” wreath.
