Renting the Facility
The Carroll Arts Center is a multi-purpose community arts facility located in downtown Westminster. The Carroll County Arts Council sponsors many of the programs and activities in the Arts Center, however it is available for rent by individuals and organizations.
Priority is given to events of an artistic or cultural nature that are open to the public (i.e. dance, drama, music, literary & visual arts.) Requests for use of the facility for any other non-cultural purposes, public or private, including business seminars, parties, fundraisers, conferences, political or religious events, will require approval by the Officers of the Arts Council’s Board of Directors.
Theater Rentals are divided into 3 main categories, different rules and pricing apply to each. These categories are;

The Community Gallery, as well as our two art classrooms are also available for rent for classes, lectures, and presentations. Information about classroom rentals may be downloaded here.
If you are interested in booking a rental event at the Carroll Arts Center and have read the appropriate policy, e-mail Will Abbott, the Facilities Coordinator. Please include the date(s) in which you’re interested, the nature of the event, and contact information.
